Corina is specialized in running and establishing processes of a well functioning HR department whether from scratch or improving existing practices.
She has built her career in Food and Beverage, Hospitality, Retail and Manufacturing with Jumeriah Group UAE and Shakespeare and Co. UAE and USA. Her experience includes over 35 pre opening stores, handling 1500 employees, creating and managing budgets of over 10 million euros yearly, preparing and executing payroll, sourcing and recruiting the right talent.
CAIA Talent has been established in 2019 and has been helping businesses to grow, managing all aspects of HR and Recruitment like Atelier Spitaleri, Le Guepard Restaurant, Vedra, Morespace and Four Seasons KSA.
